에너지사용제한 조치 시행 안내

정부는 하절기 전력수요급증에 따른 전력부족으로 “에너지사용의 제한”에 관한
공고를 2013.6.17  발표 하였습니다. 우리 대학은 의무적으로 이행하여야 하므로
전구성 여러분께서는 아래 행동요령에 적극 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

  1. 에너지 사용제한 주요내용

      가. 전기 사용제한: 전년 동월 대비 5% 의무 감축

      나. 건물 냉방온도 제한: 실내온도 26℃이상 유지

      다. 개문 냉방 영업금지: 냉방기 가동한 채 문 열고 영업하는 행위 금지

      라. 중앙냉방 공급중지: 오전30분간 1회(10:00~11:00)

                                      오후30분간 3회(14:00~15:00,15:00~16:00,16:00~17:00)

  2. 시행기간: 2013.6.18 ~ 2013.8.30

       – 과태료 부과기간: 2013.7.1 ~ 2013.8.30

  3. 미이행시: 과태료 300만원(매일) 부과

[ 전기절약 행동요령 ]

1. 중앙 냉방공급 시간대와 전력 PEAK시간대에는 개별냉방기 사용을 금지하여 주시기

   바랍니다.

2. 실내온도는 26℃ 이상 유지하고 간편복장을 입습니다.

3. 냉방기 가동 중 문을 개방하지 맙시다.

4. 사용시간외 컴퓨터, TV, 충전기 등의 플러그는 뽑습니다.

5. 전력 PEAK 시간대에는(10~11시, 14~17시) 전기사용을 최대한 자제합시다.

6. 사용하지 않는 곳의 조명은 완전 소등합시다.

7. 전력 위기 단계별 대응계획을 실천하여 주시기 바랍니다.

                                       Restrictions on Energy Use

The government announced the “Restrictions on Energy Use” on June 17, 2013, as the nation

had been suffering from electricity shortage due to the surge in power demand this summer.

In accordance with the government policy, all POSTECH members are required to follow the

guidelines below. We’ll greatly appreciate your cooperation.

1. Guidelines on energy reduction

A. Electricity consumption must be reduced by 5%compared to that of the same month last year

B. Room temperatures must be maintained at 26℃ or higher.

C. Stores and offices are prohibited to keep the entrance doors open while air-conditioners are

     turned on.

D. The university-wide central air-conditioning service is restricted for 30 minutes during

     designated times

     (10:00 am – 11:00 am, 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm, 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm)

2. Enforcement period: June 18, 2013 – August 30, 2013

– Crackdown period: July 1, 2013 – August 30, 2013 (fines will be imposed on violations)

3. Fine: KRW 3,000,000 (per day)

How to Save Energy in the Summer

1. Do not operate an electric fan during central air-conditioning or peak hours.

2. Maintain room temperatures at 26℃ or higher and wear summer clothes.

3. Keep windows and doors closed during air-conditioning.

4. Unplug electrical appliances not in use, such as a computer, TV, electric charger, etc.

5. Refrain from using electricity during peak hours (10 am – 11 am, 2 pm – 5 pm)

6. Turn off all lights when leaving your office/room/lab/classroom

7. Follow the emergency guidelines when energy crisis alert is issued

                                      Facilities Management

A fine will be imposed if room temperature maintains at 25℃ or below.

All departments and administrative offices are requested to maintain appropriate room temperatures to prevent financial disadvantages.

실내온도 26℃ 미만 시 과태료 부과 되오니 각 학과 및 부서에서는 불이익이

발생되지 않도록 철저한 관리와 실내온도 유지에 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.
