Choi Min-soo (PhD graduate), POSTECH graduate breaks through the 200Gb/s wall
Ph.D. graduate Choi Min-soo (advisor: Professor Byung-seop Kim) developed the world’s first wired transmitter that broke the 200Gb/s barrier.
Through this research, Dr. Choi Min-soo raised the existing maximum speed of ultra-high-speed wired transmitters by more than 56% so received favorable reviews at the International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) 2021, one of the world’s largest circuit design conferences.
