Geun-Il Song (PhD Candidate) Wins “Outstanding Student Paper Award” at the 2023 IEIE Summer Conference

Geun-Il Song, a PhD candidate in the Department of Electrical Engineering at POSTECH (advisor: Professor Jeong-Hoon Kim), was awarded the Outstanding Student Paper Award at the 2023 Summer Conference of the Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEIE). The conference was held from June 28 to June 30 at the Lotte Hotel in Jungmun, Jeju Island.

Song presented his research titled “A Parameter Selection Method for Computed Torque Control Based on Lur’e Type Analysis Method” (corresponding author: Professor Jeong-Hoon Kim). His work was recognized for its originality and academic excellence, earning him this prestigious award.
