[ 수상 ]Myunghoon Kim (Ph.D. student), Hyegu Lee (Integrated Program), and Donggeon Kim (Integrated Program) from POSTECH’s Department of Electrical Engineering received the Excellent Presentation Award at the Korean Physical Society conference.
Ph.D. student Myunghoon Kim, Integrated Program student Hyegu Lee, and Integrated Program student Donggeon Kim from Professor Moonjoo Lee’s research lab at POSTECH’s Department of Electrical Engineering won Excellent Presentation Awards at the 2024 Fall Academic Paper Presentation.
Myunghoon Kim presented an experimental study on the alignment-disorder transition of trapped ions, Hyegu Lee presented research on the cooling and entanglement state generation of ion qubits, and Donggeon Kim presented an experimental study on trapping neutral atom qubits using optical lattice technology inside an optical cavity.
A total of six Excellent Presentation Awards were given in the Atomic and Molecular Physics Division of the conference, and Professor Moonjoo Lee’s lab received three of these awards.
